It is the only one that determines these terms and conditions, according to which our website can be used and our services as Company  provide it, by using this website you agree these terms and condition to be agreement between yourself and Company 

 

Company carry out our activities as a real estate agent, in addition to real estate management, as the site provides its visitors with searching for real estate for rent and searching for real estate for sale, general maintenance (internal, external), maintenance contracts for one year, management contracts for one year, cleaning services (daily, weekly, monthly)

 

  Your use of the website is your acknowledgment that you have read, agreed to, and fully adhered to the terms and conditions, as these terms and conditions constitute a binding legal bond between the Company and the user, and the user bears the responsibility to ensure that all users of the website through the user's network (his own network are aware of these Terms and Conditions and other applicable terms and that they are bound by them.

الموقع الإلكتروني MIRAMAM -UAE.COM تملكه وتديره وتشغله شركة ميرامار لإدارة العقارات ذ.م.م  و شركة ميرامار للصيانة العامة ذ.م.م  ( والتي يشار إليها هنا وفيما بعد بالشركة )  وهي الوحيدة التي تحدد هذه الشروط  و الأحكام  و التي يمكن بموجبها استخدام موقعنا والاستفادة من خدماتنا على النحو الذي نقدمه  ،باستخدام هذا الموقع فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام لتكون اتفاقية بينك وبين الشركة                                                                                                                                                               

  

   الشركة نُزاول نشاطُها ك وكيل عقارات ، بالإضافة الى إدارة العقارات حيث أن الموقع يقدم  لزواره  ، البحث عن عقارات للإيجار و  البحث عن عقارات للبيع  ، صيانة عامة  ،(داخلية ، خارجية ) ،  عقود صيانة لمدة عام ، عقود إدارة لمدة عام واحد ، خدمات التنظيف (يومية ، اسبوعية ، شهرية )

 

أن استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني بمثابة إقرار منك على قراءة الشروط والأحكام والموافقة عليها  والالتزام بها بشكل كامل ، حيث أن هذه الشروط والأحكام تُشكل سندًا قانونيًا مُلزِمًا بين الشركة وبين  المستخدم ، و  يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية عن التأكد من أن جميع مستخدمي الموقع الإلكتروني عبر شبكة المستخدم  (شبكته الخاصة ) على دراية بهذه الشروط والأحكام والشروط الأخرى المعمول بها وأنهم ملتزمون بها

تتمتع الشركة  بالحق الكامل في استخدام المعلومات التي تم تحميلها والمقدمة لعملية التشغيل والتسويق بشكل مجاني  ، كما لها الحق في استخدام أو التخلص من أو نقل أي معلومات مقدمة لها  مجاناً . يجوز للشركة استخدام المستندات ومقاطع الفيديو والصور التي تم تحميلها مجانًا في جميع جهودها لتحقيق أداء أفضل في إجراءاتنا ، كما يحق لها النشر مجانًا نيابة عنك عبر الإنترنت وطباعتها ونسخها والتخلص منها ونقلها ، واستخدام المعلومات الشخصية ، و رقم الهاتف ، والبريد الإلكتروني ، ووثائق ومعلومات المستخدمين  المستخدمين

تخضع  الشروط والقواعد   الواردة أدناه و أي  وجميع المطالبات  و النزاعات المتعلقة بهذه الاتفاقية  و  / أو  بالخدمات ، وتُفسر بموجبها وتُنفذ  من جميع  النواحي بشكل  منفرد وحصري وفقًا للقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ،  حصريًا من قبل محكمة مختصة تقع في أبو ظبي بغض النظر عن تعارضها مع مبادئ القوانين.  وأنت توافق بموجب هذا على أن يتم الفصل فيها . يُستثنى صراحةً بموجب هذا تطبيق اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لعقد البيع الدولي للبضائع
